1950 Cooper Donland Special:

Jack Brabham drove this car at the current Australian GP circuit in the early 1950s. Built by the Cooper Car Company Mk1Vb and shipped to John Crouch in Australia. In 1951 John Crouch sold it to a very young Jack Brabham.
It was Jacks first single seat road racing car. Jack brought the car without an engine and then fitted a BSA 500 engine to it. After some time, he then brought a Vincent motor cycle and fitted the engine in the Cooper. Jack owned the car until 1954 when it was sold on to several owners over the next few years.
